Basics
1)What is DipStar?
This is cheating software for NintendoDS.
This tool rewrites a NDS-program and user-memory.
(LIFE999! ATK999! EXP9999999! GOLD9999999! :)

2)The mechanism?

PassMe first calls DipStar of the flash cart.
DipStar copies a cheat-program on to the user memory.
And, it rewrites the program code(MasterCode).
When a mastercode opcode is executed, DipStar's cheat routine is called.

3)The necessary implement
Very goodNintendoDS(FW1-FW3 or FlashMe) + PassKey(M3) + EZ-FLASH1(128M) I checked the operation.
It is possible to use surely.
the start-up is quick!! :)
GoodNintendoDS(ALL type) + PassKey2(M3) + M3-PerFect(Firm19) M3 supported.
(Use double mode)
Bad NintendoDS(FW4~) + SPRITEKEY or SUPERPASS or EZ-PASS or PassMe2
+ SuperCard or GBAMP or EZ3 or EZ4 and another FLASHCART.. 		Doesn't support these.
I tell how to use by EZ-FLASH.
Ask the way of using M3-PerFect to the developer and reel it.



4)There is a hardware which it isn't possible to use why?

These support only a SingleROM boot.
In other words, it doesn't load DipStar. or doesn't load NDSROM.

Use "MULTI ROM LOADER MENU" = It isn't possible to use DipStar.

But, The M3-PerFect supported dipstar formally (It's a "double-mode").


How to use : In case of EZ-FLASH
1)Writes DipStar
1.Write "dipstar.ds.gba" in EZ-FLASHCART(FLASHROM). "Not use loader"
2.Write "dipstar.ds.sav" in EZ-FLASHCART(SRAM).
3.Set PassKey+NDSGAME and EZ-FLASHCART in NintendoDS.

2)Boot DipStar(CODE EDITOR)
Please start while pushing L button. The code editor starts up.


3)Boot DipStar(CHEAT MODE)
Please start white pushing A or B or SEL or STA or RIGHT or LEFT or UP , DOWN button.
The code of the slot of the code editor is executed.

How to use : In case of M3-PerFect
*** I could have used only M3-CF ***
*** M3-SD has a bug? It wasn't possible to have used ***
 1)Writes DipStar
Write "dipstar.ds.gba" on to the memory card.
Use M3 game manager. (Use [Write GBA] mode).
makes a SAVEFILE(dipstar.ds.dat) in the GAMESAVE folder.

2)Triming the dipstar.ds.dat(1024KB->129KB)
M3 game manager creates a 1024 kilobyte savedata file.
But, it is enough at 129 kilobytes.

1.Select memorycard and EditMode:GBA.
2.Presses the [Convert NDS1024KB->257KB GBA1024KB->129KB] button.
>>The filesize decreases in this and the start-up becomes fast. :D

3)Boot DipStar(CODE EDITOR)
1.Start the M3-PerFect.
2.Chooses a GameMenu.
3.Chooses "dipstar.ds.gba" and presses the A button.
4.Chooses NDSROM and presses the A button.
5.Continues to press the L button while loading.
>>The code editor starts up in this. Input the cheat-code.

4)Boot DipStar(CHEAT MODE)
1.Start the M3-PerFect.
2.Chooses a GameMenu.
3.Chooses "dipstar.ds.gba" and presses the A button.
4.Chooses NDSROM and presses the A button.
5.Continues to press the
A or B or SEL or STA or RIGHT
or LEFT or UP , DOWN button while loading.
>>The code of the slot of the code editor is executed.

== Warning ==
Please check a [CHEAT CODE] option in M3 game manager.
DipStar doesn't start up if meeting and not being.
(You may use m3dip.exe).

Search technique : The beginner's class
There are some ways of searching a code.
I first does a talk for the beginner.

The beginner use hasteDS.


hasteDS searches this using the DS emulator(DeSmuME or iDeaS).
This software is included in DipStar zip archive. :)

For example : Chokkan hitofude (Polarium Japan ver)

1.Start hasteds.exe
2.Start DeSmuME.exe or ideas.exe, and load the NDSROM.
3.Push [DeSmuME•ß‘¨](Snap Process) button.
4.Start Polarium's ChallengeMode.
5.If Porarium is score 0 : inputs L0 to hasteDS's EditBox[”’lŒŸõ](Parameter search).
6.If Porarium is score 720 : inputs L720 to hasteDS's EditBox[”’lŒŸõ](Parameter search).

=== Master-code search ===
Uses ndsmas.exe to search a master-code.
This software, too, is included in DipStar zip archive. ;)

Copy ndsmas.exe on to the Windows folder and enter this command.
>ndsmas.exe hogehoge.nds
(hogehoge.nds is NDSROM which you are having).
